A passionate movement practitioner and dance educator, Anna regularly leads workshops, masterclasses, and intensives. She is a recurring faculty member for post-secondary and Professional training programs. Anna is currently pursuing an MFA in Movement Direction and Teaching at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, UK.

Anna's practice draws upon principals of ensemble building - such as Landau and Bogart's Viewpoints - and Somatics. By exploring breath, imagery, and touch, Anna leads the actor to sharpen their sensory and kinaesthetic awareness and introduces tools to develop a holistic practice where they have the freedom to dive into the dynamic physical and emotional requirements of acting in a sustainable way.
Anna's choreography focuses on storytelling, technique, and expression. Creating a safe and accepting studio environment, Anna empowers dancers to take creative risks. She is certified by the Canadian Dance Teachers' Association in Tap and Jazz. The longevity and diversity of the dancer is always at the forefront of Anna's teaching method.
